Sigh!! What happned?

I have been wanting to post some nice pictures here but keep having problem with my image upload in the blog.

I can't seem't find the toolbar for image upload, formatting etc..its gone!
What has happen?
I have no time to troubleshoot..so in the meantime, no pics to show:(
